Returns / Cancellations of orders
Orders can be canceled while they are still being processed. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If we made any mistake in your order or in the case of a defective product, we guarantee the replacement at no charge whatsoever!
If you finally change your mind and want to return the product, no problem, you inform us either by email or by phone and we proceed with the change. Make sure the product is in its original form with tags and has not been worn.
The shipping costs in this case are charged to the customer. (The respective shipping prices of each courier company apply.)
The return time is 20 days.
In case the product is not in its original form, the change will not be accepted.
No changes are made in underwear and socks!
